Thank you Brian.
Following a visit to the vets we received the devastating news that our beloved family cat of 14 years, Benji, had an untreatable condition which meant Benji had to be put to sleep. Whilst it goes without saying, this was a devastating time for us all, we also knew that when Benji had left us we wanted a fitting way to say our final goodbyes to our treasured family pet. We were fortunate that we were able to spend one more day with Benji. However, having never been in this position before we had no idea what we had to do at this difficult time, so we could lay Benji to rest in the way we wanted. Through the internet we came across “All Pets At Peace” and the transparency and compassion shown on just the website gave us the feeling that they would be able to help us say our goodbyes to Benji in the most fitting way. These days anyone can design a fancy website, but not everyone can follow that up with the kind of service we have received throughout this difficult time from Brian and All Pets At Peace. Our initial contact was through e-mail and this was just the start of the personal, empathetic and compassionate service we have received. Our enquiry was dealt with very quickly by Brian and arrangements were made without any further anguish at this difficult time. On the day, if we if we could have made a wish list, we do not think we could have included all the things we received on the day into a list. From the beautiful location and surroundings, the sensitivity shown during our time there, a difficult and upsetting day was made much more bearable. From Brian’s words of wisdom, little jokes (at the appropriate times), all round compassion, Brian also added little touches only a pet lover would do that has given us the opportunity to remember Benji in a truly special way. Brian is one of the most genuine people we have ever met with no false façade and just has a genuine desire to help people at a difficult time in the best way he can.
Whilst we hope it will be a long time before we see you again, having 2 other cats it is inevitable in life that they will leave us one day, and when that day comes it will be Brian and All Pets At Peace we will go to first.
Thank you, Brian, for all you did for us and Benji and like Benji it will never be forgotten.
Sleep tight Benji XX
