Brian, I wanted to write quickly to thank you for your kindness and support today when our family needed it. After a long struggle against illness we were desperate to see our Morris laid to rest with dignity. After he had given us so much happiness and been so courageous and supportive. We owed him the right send off and a chance to say goodbye properly. Right now I can’t find the words of gratitude that do justice to how you’ve helped us through today. Not many people in this have seemed to truly understand that losing a member of your family isn’t dictated by how many legs they walk on. Morris wasn’t just a vehicle to be serviced or a good to be sold. He was the heart of our household. And you seemed to understand that intuitively. Thank you again and the very best from all of us. Richard, Charleen, Kieron & Frida
