Sadly we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our cat Sox put to sleep on Wednesday 17th July after a short illness & only 3 days after her 17th birthday (14th) We always knew we’d have her cremated, where wasn’t hard after reading the website, testimonials & speaking to Brian. Brian made the heartbreaking process so much easier to deal & come to terms with, he was so sympathetic, genuine, caring, respectful & spoke about Sox like she was his own. What a truly wonderful guy he is & I can’t thank you enough for comforting me through a very difficult time. We now have Sox back home with us in a beautiful cat casket sat on a book looking over us in the living room.
